During the Procedure
A BBL surgery can take up to two hours to complete. During the procedure, the surgeon may use liposuction to remove fat from various areas of the body and inject it into the patient's buttocks. In addition, the use of butt implants may be involved. However, regardless of the steps taken, the end result will be a rounder and fuller buttock.
After the surgery
There will be some swelling and soreness in your buttocks after the surgery. This will pass in a few days and can be easily managed with pain relievers. There may also be temporary numbness in your buttocks, which will go away quickly.
